Packaging

Nuts and Fruits is getting packed in 5kg, 10 kg, 25 kg, 30 kg, 40 kg, 50 kg in Woven fabric with plain or printed. We have all the options of packing under one roof. It can be made with best possibilities of manufacturing as per customer size.

Light Weight/Low GSM

In condition of export of Nuts and Fruits, client need to maintain packing weight as low as possible to export maximum quantity Nuts and Fruits . In case of small packing of as like 5 kg, 10 kg low GSM fabric can be used, we provide good low GSM/light weight fabric to fulfill client need.

Printing

Our customer can show his Brand and quality with specification and quality of Nuts and Fruits with good image, which can attract customer with power of sales initiation. Attractive multicolor printing are available in different variants and different color combination, we have 8 color and 7 color Roto printing machine and 6 color Flexo printing machine with drum printing up to 3 colors, printing can be glossy or in mat finish as customer liking.

Printing can be made at one side of bag or both side of bag as per requirement of customer.

Windows

Some Nuts and Fruits customer needs to see the product before buying, we have windows system in bag so that Nuts and Fruits can be displayed to customer in more attractive way without opening of packaging. In Windows system bag will be transparent on one or both side so that product can be displayed to user.

Metalize

In condition of export of Nuts and Fruits client attractive packaging make product more demanded. When Printed BOPP film get laminated with metalize film, it create value in product. We can provide adhesion of BOPP Film and Metalize film with our best machines.

Center Pasting (Tubro)

We are having best high speed machine of the central pasting. It is good for attractive packing, it also increase strength in fabric. Normally client who has premium customer need center pasting.

Gusset

Space has always scarcity, and especially in metro cities, at super market and warehouses, with gusseted bags it is easy to manage stacking of bags easily and effectively. As per product need it can be center gusset or it can be twisted gusset which increase more attraction in packing. Gusseted bag can stand better than normal bag.
