We are one of the biggest Laminations lines holder in India. Our different locations have Lamination units and some are going to be equipped shortly. Currently, we are having 12 lamination lines which are capable of laminating of fabric/paper/film from 12"fabric to 60" fabric both side at a time. We are having the capacity of 6000 lacs bags production annually.

Currently, we are having 4 sandwich lamination lines which are capable of Sandwiching of fabric/paper/film from 12"fabric to 60" fabric both side at a time. We are having the capacity of 1200 lacs bags production annually.
Our Printing setup is capable of handling printing of BOPP or Polyester films, with great registration and matching, which gives great value to your product. We are having 5 Roto Gravures with 6 to 8 colors and with reverse printing. It has high quality corona treatment attachment to have good printing. Also have Flexographic printing machine for all range of requirement of client. Adding drum printing with setup makes us to feed fast and small requirement of our client. We are having total capacity of printing of 4000 lacs bags per annum.
Flexographic Printing Machine
We have solvent base lamination of BOPP/Polyester film with metalized film. It will give a different grace to end products. It undergoes 5 station drive to have better control on matching of both film and have good alignment to have better bonding. We are having total capacity of lamination of 500 lacs bags per annum.
We have high speed slitter for slitting of BOPP/Polyester film, we have 4 machines with having total capacity of slitting of 4000 lacs bags per annum.
We have well known equipments in automatic bag making machine. It enable us to feed our client, bulk order on time, with same accuracy without variation in size and quality of bag. We have capacity of stitching of 600 lacs bags per annum. We have manual setup of machine to fulfill the customized requirement of client.
This machine provides the facility to fold fabric in a gazette fashion at the sides of the fabric, if required by the customer. We have capability to center and twisted gusset. We have 4 machine with having total capacity of 4000 lacs bags per annum.
This machine provides the facility to convert flat fabric in tube which gives a different look to the bags, it also folds fabric in a gazette fashion at the sides of the fabric, if required by the customer we are capable of producing 250 lacs bags per annum.
